About the project
The brief
Plato Township is a local government organization serving residents in Kane County, Illinois. Veriq partnered with the township to replace its previous Wix website with a custom-built website, bringing department information, public records, announcements, and community resources together in one easy-to-navigate place.

The challenge
The township's previous website needed a more modern, organized, and mobile-friendly experience. Residents needed straightforward access to meeting schedules, official minutes, department contacts, public documents, and community information. The redesign also needed to make ongoing content updates manageable for the township.
The outcome
Over three months, Veriq designed, developed, and launched a responsive municipal website in October 2026 with dedicated department pages, organized meeting schedules and minutes, public document resources, township announcements, and streamlined navigation. The finished website gives residents clearer paths to important information and provides a maintainable foundation for future updates.
